This project was a clear example of saving money by replacing your roof when it is the right time to replace your roof. By not postponing beyond the ideal time for roof replacement this customer saved up to 40% by not having to replace the plywood roof decking and framing! Materials used on this project were Certainteed's Landmark Pro Roofing shingles in the Heather Blend color, synthetic underlayments were also used according to the CT Integrity system! 7
